Who am I? It can be a question of great significance or one of dust blowing in the wind in a fleeting moment. One thing is for sure, life is shorter than I imagined. It is important to savor all of the moments, good and bad, toward making the most of our time here on earth.
Most importantly, I am a single mother of two beautiful boys. I am working hard to inspire them to be successful and loving men. It is a daunting task and an important one. I am not always right and I fail a lot, but my heart is always present as I try to learn with each new day.
I am also a successful businesswoman who has held leadership roles in marketing and engineering. This has given me extensive experience managing technology and coaching others to achieve their potential. I have learned so much over the years. One thing is that technology in itself is not important. Rather, it is how technology helps people that is important. Likewise, I have learned that there are two kinds of success. One comes from accomplishing your own goals and meeting your own needs like piloting an airplane. The other comes from serving as a wingman or coach that helps others succeed. The latter combined success creates a rewarding feeling that is unmatched by any individual achievement.
I hold many other extremely important and undeserving titles such as … friend … sister … daughter … and others which I can only hope I live up to each day as I share my life with my friends and family!
I have to admit that when I look back at my life, I realize that I lost my way on my Plan A. And, well yes, even with Plan B. I won’t even mention the many Plan C’s. You see, life can be planned but plans change. The most important thing is to have strong values, dreams to guide your path, determination, Christlike love, and then go out and learn from life. We each have a unique journey to follow. My goal with this site is to share experiences that can help inspire you as you navigate yours.
